- We strongly advise that you book your session in advance to avoid disappointment as sessions are subject to availability.
- In order to protect you and our staff we require full payment in advance when making the booking.
- Please only enter the building at the time of the session, to reduce the number of people inside the building
- Late arrivals may not receive their full session if availability does not allow.
- Whilst we try and run on time this is not always possible so we advise that you allow some extra time for your visit.
- All drivers are advised to wear comfortable, but sturdy footwear such as trainers.
- Open shoes such as sandals and high-heels are not permitted. Scarfs will need to be removed prior to driving.
- You are welcome to use your own full face helmet or motocross helmet with chin protection, providing it is roadworthy or conforms to British Standards and has a visor or goggles.
- In the interest of personal hygiene customers wishing to use our helmets must provide head coverings such as a balaclava or similar. If you do not have your own covering, we can supply a high quality washable cotton balaclava, which you can use on return visits for just £2. Gloves are also compulsory so bring your own or we can sell you some for just £1. Our race pack is available for purchase and includes both a Balaclava and gloves for £3.

- Motor Sport can be Dangerous - You will be asked to sign an indemnity form to confirm that you agree to participate at your own risk and should you sustain an injury you release JDR Karting Ltd and its associates from liability. This form can be done online prior to arriving. We do have facilities upon arrival, but it is preferable to get this done in the comfort of your own home. Please ensure all drivers within your group do this.
- You agree to abide by the rules set out in the safety DVD, which you must see before driving unless you have seen it in the last 6 months and can remember what you saw.
- It is your responsibility not to drive unless you are sure of the contents of the DVD - please ask about anything you are unsure about, we are here to help keep you safe.
- If you experience a problem with a kart or are dissatisfied with it's performance please notify the marshal immediately and we can change it for. Letting us know at the end of the session will not result in a refund being given.
Indemnity forms can be printed from our website or filled in online or upon arrival. Pre-filling them online is highly preferred as this reduces safety risks with Covid and speeds up the process. Drivers under 16 years of age will need a parent or guardian to sign so please bring the form with you ready signed if this is not possible upon arrival.
