Any school groups or people who live together may be allowed to attend as groups of more than 6, as they will count as social bubbles.
At this current moment in time it is prohibited to meet in groups of more than 6 based on Current Government COVID-19 Guidelines. However, at our premises you may book for more than 6 people. If you book for a group of more than 6, the group will be divided up in to groups of six or less, to meet the current guidelines.
Based on our COVID-19 Risk assessment conducted every few weeks. It is viable for groups to be socially distance throughout our building. If your booking for karting exceeds 6 you are still welcome to take up your reservation. We must however inform you that your group will be divided into smaller groups when you arrive at reception and must remain in these smaller groups whilst trackside. For example, if you book for a group of 12, you will be expected to arrive in groups of no more than 6. You will also be divided in to groups of 6 upon arrival at the building and will be expected to remain in these groups of six when spectating and briefing etc.
Masks are required when entering the building, playing Lasertag, Segways & Axe Throwing. Masks will not be required for karting when you are about to drive. This is a legal requirement as set out by the Government for all Karting centres, Lasertag arenas & Axe throwing centres.
Please book and pay online for your session or pay over the phone. Pre-payment greatly helps safety for you and our staff.
We will be accepting limited quantities of walk-ins; however, we can't guarantee that there will be spaces available especially whilst maintaining strict COVID-19 regulations. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you pre-book your session to avoid disappointment. Priority will be given to existing bookings. Booking in advance also saves having to make payment in person. Indemnity forms can be filled in online prior to arriving which improves safety.
Your safety is paramount so we have invested in the latest bespoke ozone sterilisation cabinet which will ensure all helmets and race suits are sterilised for each and every customer. It is mandatory to wear a balaclava and race gloves (we charge just £3). You can bring your own race suit and gloves if you prefer.
We are limiting the number of customers at any one time to maintain social distancing. The building is very large; however, it is important that we have people enter the building at the scheduled time booked. Please wait in your car if you arrive early. For kids track karting 5 mins before your session, main track karting 20 mins. Lasertag 10 mins, Segways, 10 mins & Axe Throwing 10 mins prior to your session start time.
Throughout the building we have hand sanitising stations to protect you and others. Please ensure you use these upon arrival and during your stay.
Although you will not come directly in contact with kart steering wheels as you will be wearing gloves, the kart steering wheels will be sanitised prior to each driver. Lasertag guns & axes will be sanitised prior to use. The building in general will be regularly sanitised to ensure the utmost of care is taken to protect our customers and staff.
Please do not enter the building if you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or know that you have recently come in contact with a Covid positive person.
We will only be accepting a maximum of 15 players in our laser arena instead of 32. This allows us to maintain social distancing guidelines as well as regular sanitisation of our equipment.
Whilst we understand that our activities are exciting to watch, we have limited space; therefore, we ask customers bring no more than 1 spectator unless by agreement.
Customers can complete their waiver using an online link sent with the booking confirmation.
